Nail Art Booking

To ensure we have dedicated the perfect amount of time for your creative vision, please select the appropriate nail art tier when booking. If you are unsure which tier your inspiration falls under, feel free to send photos to our Instagram or email. We cannot guarantee last-minute design additions if they were not scheduled in advance.

Cancellations & Fees

Our time is precious and I want to ensure that that I am operating with care and fairness while ensuring the continued successful operation of The Nail Bar. Making an appointment is highly recommended to ensure availability.

Rescheduling: Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee. This helps us offer your spot to another client waiting for an appointment.
Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to respect the time of other clients. Repeated late arrivals may result in being unable to book future appointments.
Card on File & No-Show Policy: A card is required on file to confirm your appointment. Late cancellations of 24 hours or less will incur a 50% fee of the service amount. No shows or same day cancellations will be charged the full-service amount.

Gel Polish & Extensions

We understand that accidents happen. If your gel polish chips or your overlay/extension breaks due to an application issue, we sincerely apologize. We offer up to two complimentary fixes within a reasonable time frame.
After the second complimentary fix, a repair fee of $10+ will apply.
Please note: Regular (non-gel) polish is not guaranteed for longevity.

Stamp Card

Earn a stamp with each visit!

Please bring your stamp card with you at the time of your appointment to track your visits.
The card is valid for up to 10 visits.
On the 10th visit, you will receive $20 off your next service as a thank you!

Birthday Discount

Celebrate your birthday with a little treat from us!

On your birthday, you can choose one of the following:

$10 off your service, or
Two free basic-level nail designs (on each hand).

Valid only during your birthday month. Proof of birth date may be required.

High-Quality Products

We only use high-quality products to ensure the best results, care, and longevity for your nails.

Sanitation & Sterilization

Your safety is our top priority. All tools are properly sanitized and sterilized after each use to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Right to Refuse Service

For the safety and comfort of all clients,we reserve the right to refuse service under the following circumstances:

Heath condition that may affect the safety of the service.
Inappropriate or disrespectful behavior.
Discrimination of any kind.

Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your service, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will offer an adjustment or re-do within a reasonable timeframe. Please notify us within 72 hours of your original appointment to arrange any corrections.

Health & Safety

If you are sick (coughing, fever, etc.), please reschedule.

Same applies if you notice nail infection or issues- better to reschedule than risk it!

Removal Policy

Removal of products applied at another salon will incur an additional charge.

Gel Polish Removal: $15
Extension/Overlay Removal: $20
This ensures proper care and preparation for your natural nails before your service at The Nail Lab.

Membership

The Nail Lab memberships are designed to reward our loyal clients with exclusive perks and special savings.

Stamp cards / loyalty cards are excluded from all membership discounts and rewards.
Appointments must follow our standard booking and cancellation policies.
Membership discounts apply to regularly priced services only.
Add-on services, including intermediate or advanced nail designs are not included in the membership package, and must be paid for separately.
Please schedule enough time for your appointment if requesting add-ons or higher-level designs.
The Nail Lab reserves the right to update or modify membership benefits without notice.
